4 Weeks to Go!

Week 3 Training:
Monday: 5km run -morning
Tuesday: 45mins Stationary bike & Tempo run -afternoon
Wednesday: 5km run/Hill & Speed work -morning
Thursday: 45mins Stationary bike & Light Weights -afternoon
Friday: 5km run & Intervals
Saturday/Sunday: Most likely Bike & Long Run
Some of my eats today!
Breakfast: Oatmeal!! I tried Katie’s Voluminous Oatmeal Trick and voila yummy fluffy Oats with Dates.
Lunch: Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot) + 2 slices Burgen Soy & Linseed with Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Cottage Cheese + (not pictured) Apple
Bedtime Snack: Milk & Cookies



Did you re nicrowave your oats or have them cold? Love cottage cheese in anything and that bread is my fav!
I re-microwaved them. I don’t mind cold oats but I’d just come back from a run this morning & it’s winter here in Australia. ♥ Cottage cheese and Lite Jarlsberg cheese.
Oats with dates sounds delicious…actually anything with dates does
